We require care.

We understand that living, daily, in our physical bodies lends to us the opportunity to nourish our souls and cultivate our gifts and talents. We create sacred space designed and devoted to the health and wellness of Black women who engage this work. We reserve the right to honor ourselves by observing its practices.

The SOUL approach to programming and research is rooted in a Black feminist analysis of resilience and trauma, and a Black feminist ethic of care rooted in love and justice.
